Arrive early to secure your Black & Gold bandana! The first 12,500 fans will receive a bandana courtesy of AEP Energy!
Make sure to get there early to catch the match ignitor, Gary Hensley, Associate Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy of National Veteran’s Memorial and Museum and a Marine Corps Veteran accompanied by his black lab service dog, Tinsey!
In recognition of Military Appreciation Night and out of respect for our honored veterans and active-duty service members in attendance, the match presentation will feature adjusted pyrotechnics. We appreciate your understanding as we create an inclusive and comfortable experience for all guests. The Chase Sensory Suite is available to any guest including veterans who are in need.
Fans are encouraged to arrive as early as possible and pre-purchase parking to avoid traffic.
Be aware of the following events in the Arena District that may impact traffic and parking:
- Cap City Marathon | Road Closures end at 12:30 PM, but expect increased traffic in the area throughout the day. Click here for list of all road closures.
Fans are encouraged to utilize the approved entry routes to limit traffic.
Please be aware that the Northwest gate will be closed for the 2025 season. Fans coming from the North Lot can utilize the new North Gate for ingress and egress located behind Nordecke.

- Express Entry: Lower.com Field is now offering Express Entry featuring seamless and quick access into the stadium through Facial Ticketing. Look for the yellow “Express Entry” signs above turnstiles on the left-hand side of the AEP Gate (southeast corner). Fans can sign up for Free Express Entry before the match for the fastest way to get into Lower.com Field!
