• Lower.com Field encourages supporters to take advantage or Express Entry featuring seamless and quick access into the stadim through Facial Ticketing, available at all gates. Look for the yellow "Express Entry" signs above turnstiles on the left-hand side of each main gate. Visit the Mobile Ticketing page for helpful instruction guides on how to access your mobile tickets and how to scan through the stadium's Axess turnstiles and Express Entry lanes.

Getting To the Match

Parking Maps, including:

Reserve Parking Online

• The Arena District Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) is activated three hours before every Crew home match and extends down Nationwide Boulevard into Astor Park until midnight. The DORA provides additional downtown matchday experience opportunities for Black & Gold supporters.

Entering The Stadium

Entry:

• Gates open 1.5 hours prior to kickoff.

Gate Entry:

• Supporters with non-premium seating can enter the stadium through the following gates: AEP Gate (southeast corner); CoverMyMeds Gate (southwest corner); Tipico Sportsbook Gate (northwest corner)

Gate Entry:

• Premium ticketholders can enter through the following gates: AEP Gate (southeast corner); CoverMyMeds Gate (southwest corner); Tipico Sportsbook Gate (northwest corner); West Lobby Premium Entrance (southwest corner)

**Bag Policy:**

• No bags are allowed into Lower.com Field with the exception of: diaper bags, medical bags, and bags smaller than 5"x8"x1". Guests with medical or childcare needs will be permitted to carry a single bag into Lower.com Field.

Inside the Stadium

WiFi:

• Connect to Lower.com Field's free WiFi on your phone for a faster mobile connection (Name: Stadium WiFi)

• View the Maps Page prior to arriving.

Matchday Team Arrival

• Cheer on the Crew as they arrive to our Fortress. Gather in front of the West Lobby and line up along the street as we cheer on the Black & Gold. Check Twitter for the most up to date information around match arrival including timing and any updates.

Seating Chart and Amenities Map

Cashless Stadium:

• Cash2Card kiosks are available throughout the stadium.

First Aid

• Located in the southeast corner of the stadium, just west of Condado.

Guest Services

• Located in the southwest corner of the stadium by the CoverMyMeds Gate.

Opposing Team Jerseys

• Any opposing team’s jerseys or colors will not be allowed in the Nordecke. Anyone in violation of this policy will be moved to a different seating section.

Smoking/Vaping Policy

Exiting the Stadium
