Defender Steven Moreira earned his first MLSsoccer.com Team of the Week honor following a solid performance in Columbus' 2-0 win over Chicago Fire FC, as the French right-back recorded his third assist of the 2021 regular season.
Moreira came to the Club in September and logged six starts in League play in addition to one additional start in the Crew's 2-0 Campeones Cup victory over LIGA MX side Cruz Azul.
On Sunday, Moreira finished with a secondary assist on Lucas Zelarayan's goal, a co-team-high three clearances, three tackles, and 10 possessions gained.
