COLUMBUS – Major League Soccer today announced that the Columbus Crew’s road match against Charlotte FC, which was suspended in the 16th minute on Saturday, July 30 due to severe weather, will resume play on Wednesday, October 5 at 7 p.m. ET at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC.
Local television broadcast information for the match will be announced at a later date. Local radio listeners can follow the match on 97.1 The Fan.
Per league policy, the match will recommence with the same players on the field and substitutes available as when the match was initially postponed. The match was halted in the 16th minute and will recommence at that minute.

Currently undefeated in nine consecutive matches, the Crew kicks off a two-match homestand at Lower.com Field on Wednesday, Aug. 3 against CF Montreal at 7:30 p.m. ET, followed by a clash against defending champions New York City FC on Saturday, Aug. 6 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
