MATCH GUIDE | 2022 Home Opener at Lower.com Field

Opening Match - Sat., February 26 at 3:30 p.m. ET

• Limited tickets remain - get yours before you miss out!
• We're handing out free winter knit hats courtesy of Nationwide.
• Blankets without batteries are allowed inside Lower.com Field – they must be shaken out while passing through security. Stay warm!
• Gates open at 2 p.m.
• Garages open at 6 a.m., surface lots open at 11:30 a.m.
• Arrive early, as we'll be having a special ceremonial first kick and the singing of the National Anthem will feature our fans!
• The Pub will be open for one hour following the conclusion of the match, and 97.1 The Fan's Bone & Beam will host a live show there.

March to the Match

Join fellow supporters at surrounding bars and restaurants starting at noon. The March to the Match begins at 2:30 p.m.

• Main rallying point is Battelle Plaza.
• Lower.com Field is located in a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) - visit arenadistrict.com/dora for details

Ticketing

• All tickets for the match are available through mobile devices; please download your ticket in advance. The easiest place to access your mobile tickets is through the official Columbus Crew App.
• No more long waits to get your ticket scanned! Scan your own ticket(s) at the Axess turnstiles, similar to what you see at the airport.
• Express Entry: Lower.com Field is now offering Touchless Entry featuring seamless and quick access into the stadium through Facial Ticketing. Look for the yellow “Express Entry” signs above turnstiles on the left-hand side of the AEP Gate (southeast corner). Fans can sign up for Free Express Entry before the match for the fastest way to get into Lower.com Field!

Cash2Card Kiosks

• Lower.com Field is a cashless stadium. Cash2Card kiosks are located throughout the stadium.

Concessions

Crew Shop

• Upgrade your Crew wardrobe: Gold Standard kits are available!
• The Crew Shop will close three hours prior to kick on matchday and open again for ticketed guests when Lower.com Field gates open.

Mask Policy

• In compliance with City of Columbus requirements, all spectators ages six and older are expected to wear masks indoors while not actively eating or drinking. This includes all interior spaces, such as gathering/event spaces, elevators, first aid rooms, restrooms and the press box/ media work areas regardless of vaccination status.
• Masks are recommended outdoors for unvaccinated persons when they cannot maintain physical distancing.

Nordecke Policy Update

• Because of a violation of League and Club policy, all drinks will be poured into cups in the Nordecke section.
