Two massive plans, each offering you some of the best games and promotions of the season.
Week Seven of the 2013 MLS Season included several key Eastern Conference matchups as a new club moved into fifth place on the table. Here is how the Conference table looks after the weekend.
1. Montreal Impact - 13 pts. - Week Seven: 1-1 Draw vs. Columbus Crew
The Impact stayed on top of the Eastern Conference with its 1-1 home draw with the Crew on Sunday. Marco Di Vaio continues to be a top striker in the League, tallying from outside the box to score his third goal of the season.
2. Houston Dynamo - 12 pts. - Week Seven: 2-1 Win vs. Chicago Fire
The Dynamo made history on Sunday at BBVA Compass Stadium, becoming the first team in MLS history to go undefeated in 35 straight home games. Will Bruin returned from injury to score his second goal of the season and Brad Davis provided an 80th-minute winner against the Fire.
3. Sporting Kansas City - 11 pts. - Week Seven: Idle
Sporting Kansas City had a break in Week Seven, but returns to action with two matches in Week Eight. Sporting travels to New York to take on the Red Bulls on Wednesday and will make a cross-country flight to LA to face the Galaxy on Saturday.
4. Columbus Crew - 9 pts. - Week Seven: 1-1 Draw at Montreal Impact
The Crew is happy with earning a road point, especially after a weather postponement and disallowed Impact goal. Dominic Oduro continues to be one of the top pickups of the 2013 offseason as he notched his third goal of the season against Montreal.
5. New York Red Bulls - 8 pts. - Week Seven: 2-0 Win at D.C. United
The Red Bulls made a statement over the weekend, taking down rival D.C. United 2-0 on the road after falling to Chicago last week. Thierry Henry and Jamison Olave each scored to move New York into fifth-place. The Red Bulls face Sporting Kansas City at home on Wednesday before welcoming New England on Saturday.
6. Philadelphia Union - 8 pts. - Week Seven: 1-1 Draw vs. Toronto FC
Jack McInerney scored in stoppage time to salvage a 1-1 draw for the Union at home. The strike was the 20-year-old forward's fourth of 2013 as he and veteran Conor Casey have proven to be a handful for MLS defenses so far this season.
7. Toronto FC - 6 pts. - Week Seven: 1-1 Draw at Philadelphia Union
Good news for Toronto FC fans: The team is unbeaten in its last three matches. Bad news for Toronto FC fans: The Reds are winless since March 9. Either way, the Ontario club is off to much better start in 2013. At this point in 2012, the team was 0-5-0.
8. New England Revolution - 5 pts. - Week Seven: 0-0 Draw at Seattle Sounders FC
The Revs haven't scored in 388 minutes, but they did deny Seattle its first win by keeping a clean sheet on the road on Saturday. New England travels South on I-95 to New York for a Saturday clash with the Red Bulls.
9. Chicago Fire - 4 pts. - Week Seven: 2-1 Loss at Houston Dynamo
An improved Fire attack wasn't enough to steal three points in Houston over the weekend. Frank Klopas' side renews its rivalry with the Crew at Toyota Park on Saturday.
10. D.C. United - 4 pts. - Week Seven: 2-0 Loss vs. New York Red Bulls
United has lost its last three mathes as Ben Olsen searches for answers in his team's attack. D.C. will look to earn its first points since March 16 as it welcomes the Philadelphia Union on Sunday.
