COLUMBUS – Columbus Crew 2 today announced year-end roster decisions following the conclusion of the 2024 MLS NEXT Pro season. The Eastern Conference finalists exercised the contract option of midfielder Christopher Pearson while 10 players – goalkeeper Stas Lapkes; defenders Tristan Brown, Owen Presthus, and Chris Rogers; midfielders Brent Adu-Gyamfi, Gio De Libera, Nicolas Rincon and Ibrahima Sy; and forwards Chase Adams and Anthony Alaouieh – were already under contract for 2025.
Crew 2 declined the contract option of goalkeeper Cole Johnson; defenders Jacob Greene and Xavier Zengue; midfielders Adrián González, Ameziane Sid Mohand, and Terron Williams; and forwards Jayden Da and Gibran Rayo. The loan for defender Aboubacar Keita expired upon conclusion of the 2024 season.
