Rescheduling Policy
- In the event that the original match is rescheduled, the original ticket will be valid for the rescheduled event date. The Columbus Crew will inform the original purchaser of the rescheduled match in a timely fashion. Major League Soccer reserves the right to change the date and start time of the event for the safety and security of the players and fans. No such change shall entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
