What general information should I know?

The Black & Gold will be kicking off a MASSIVE week leading into The Crew vs. Inter Miami match on Saturday, April 19th at Huntington Bank Field. To help start this celebration, we will be hosting a free, public event for the community of Cleveland to enjoy a soccer skills challenge, live music, delicious local food trucks, and much more!

What will the food & beverage options be?

• Food & beverage will be available for purchase throughout the entirety of the event. More information to come about the two local food trucks to come!

Where can I park?

Parking is FREE and just steps away from the event entrance! Please plan to park in one of the following lots for the quickest and best access to the event:

• Edgewater Beach Parking (main lot) & Edgewater Pier Parking (overflow lot)

What are the prohibited items?

• No alcoholic beverages will be permitted into the event
• Hoverboards, skateboards, and bicycles- if you bring these items to Lower Edgewater Park, we just kindly ask that you leave them near the entrance of the event and do not ride them onto the grass
• Guns (regardless of concealed carry permit), knives, and any other weapons deemed unsafe by event security

Will I need to purchase a ticket to get into the event?

• The Crew Community Celebration will be free and open to the public, NO purchase is necessary!
• Guests will be asked to download a digital ticket and show upon entry. Save time and download your tickets today HERE!
• Didn't get the chance to download your ticket ahead of time? Not a problem, our staff will be on-site to walk you through how to claim your free ticket!

How do I download and save the ticket to my phone?

• We will have a designated staff team on-site to help troubleshoot any issues!

Can I print my ticket or take a screenshot and share it with my family and friends?

• No, the Crew Community Celebration is mobile entry ONLY
• Screenshots WILL NOT get you into the event

Will the event be entirely cashless?

• All merchandise sales will be completely cashless
• No ATM or cash-to-card kiosk will be available on-site

What can I bring in?

• All bags are permitted into the park and event space; however, all bags will be subject to screening by event security
• Stroller’s
• Blankets, lawn chairs, umbrellas, and other similar items to sit in the grass and watch the soccer tournament or just enjoy a beautiful day in the park!
• Outside food & beverage (non-alcoholic)

Will this event and venue be wheelchair accessible?

• Edgewater Park is wheelchair accessible with designated parking spots and ramps. However, please keep in mind that the majority of the event will be held in a grass space. This grass space is completely flat, with a wheelchair accessible entrance.

What to expect?

• Expect a fun-filled afternoon for the whole family at Lower Edgewater Park, just a short drive from downtown Cleveland! Think family block party style in the park 😊
• There will be food, music, soccer tournament and skills challenge, face painting, an esports gaming trucking, and so much more!

Will there be restrooms on site?

• Yes- portable restrooms, including ADA accessible restrooms will be on-site for all guests
• Portable restrooms do not contain baby changing stations; however, the park has a couple public restrooms/locker rooms nearby for any additional needs

Will we have the opportunity to purchase Crew gear?

• Yes! The Crew Shop will be on-site selling a wide variety of Crew merchandise (Card-only)

What is your pet policy?

• Please follow the Cleveland Metroparks guidelines on bringing animals and pets into the park. Cleveland Matroparks Rules & Regulations
