Juan Valladares — Spanish Radio Play-by-Play

Juan Valladares is set to return to the booth for the Crew’s Spanish-language call, this year returning to La Mega 103.1 FM . Valladares, entering his 15th year with the Black & Gold, originally joined the Crew as a sideline analyst for the 2009 and 2010 seasons. The veteran broadcaster worked in radio from 1994-96, providing coverage of professional soccer before becoming a co-anchor on Channel 25 TV in Honduras from 1995-2002. Valladares was part of Radio America Deportiva coverage from 2002-08, prior to joining the Azteca America broadcast team to work on “Pasion de Futbol” as co-anchor in 2009. He additionally assisted in Concacaf Gold Cup coverage in 2009 and 2010, and FIFA World Cup Qualifiers nationwide from 2010-13.
